CIM proudly introduces its new, top of the line 6 pallet Mori Seiki Horizontal Machining Center. The Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG HMC features 15.7" square pallets, allowing for decreased set-up time and increased production capacity. The HMC features 22" of travel in the X-axis and Y-axis with 24.8" of travel in the Z-axis. This new machining center easily handles tight tolerances and runs with or without an operator in attendance. CIM's Mori Seiki HMC adds new power to our diverse line of machining centers and Wire EDMs.

CIM offers complete manufacturing solutions including: CNC Machining (Milling & Turning), Wire & Sinker EDM, Waterjet Cutting, Laser Cutting, EDM Hole Popping, Grinding, 2D/3D Programming & Design, Stamping, Swiss Screw, Multi-spindle Screw, Mold Making, and Welding: M.I.G. & T.I.G. Our inspection process includes both CMM and Optical Comparator inspection. We can also handle finish processing such as: Sonic Cleaning, Plating, Heat Treating, Laser Marking, Lapping, and Precise Finish Tumbling.
