We excel in the manufacture of complex parts. Maintaining close tolerances and the manufacturing of exotic metals requires meticulous machining. We machine all materials including Kovar, Haynes 188, Alloy 46, Inconel, Invar, and others.

We are continually testing innovative methods that reduce run time and improve accuracy. We have developed inventive methods for machining high nickel alloys and have also had great success with brittle materials such as copper tungsten. We enjoy challenging manufacturing and find that by mastering troublesome metals, we become better machinists of all materials.

We utilize state-of- the-art CAD-CAM software and welcome electronic models and files. Assistance is always available to our customers for any mechanical difficulties that may arise during the design stage.
