A Look Back at 2024

As the year draws to a close, we are thrilled to share some exciting news! 2024 has been a year of tremendous growth here at CIM and it’s all thanks to your continued trust and partnership. We have made several key improvements to better serve your needs and stay ahead in the ever-evolving aerospace industry.

New Additions to Our Team and Equipment

We’ve invested heavily in expanding our capabilities by on boarding talented new personnel with specialized skills to enhance our operations. This includes experienced machinists, QC Inspectors, Production Coordinators, shipping and receiving personnel, and support staff who are dedicated to ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every project we handle.In addition to our growing team, we’ve also added state-of-the-art equipment that allows us to deliver even more complex and high-precision components. Our latest machines, including a new Doosan DVF 5000 x12 Pallet Pool machine to allow for additional lights out machining, a new Yama-Seiki (AWEA) VP-3012 that opened our work holding capabilities to include X-120" Y- 47.25" Z-30” and a new Portable CMM (Hexagon Absolute Arm V3p,8525, 7-axis), enabling us to increase production speed while maintaining and improving the top-tier quality that CIM is known for.

Open Capacity for 2025

As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to announce that we will have open capacity for new projects. With our recent expansions and improvements, we are well-positioned to take on additional work, whether it’s scaling up existing projects or tackling new, challenging initiatives. We have purchased another Doosan DVF 5000 x12 Pallet Pool machine for 2025. If you have upcoming machining needs, now is a great time to collaborate with us. We’re ready to support your goals. We are also looking to take on additional R & D Prototyping projects that will support our second shift.
